This Winbox login guide explains how to access your account, complete any verification requested and get help when sign-in does not work as expected. Follow the instructions for your device, or go to the recovery section if you have forgotten your UID or password.
If you already know your account details, use the login button below to continue. You can return to this guide whenever you need help with a particular step.
Have your registered account identifier and current password ready. If you normally rely on saved credentials, check that you can access them on the device you are using.
After a password change, another browser or device may still contain the old password. Update the saved entry or enter your current details manually before assuming that your account has a problem.
Keep access to your registered contact method available in case verification is requested. This is especially useful when signing in on a new phone, switching browsers or returning after a previous session has ended.
Use a stable connection and allow the login page to finish loading. Starting several login or recovery attempts at the same time can make it difficult to identify which verification request you are completing.
The following steps cover the normal sign-in process. Browser and application interfaces may differ, so follow the labels and messages displayed on your screen.
Select Log In to Winbox to open the account sign-in interface. If you are using an application, open it and select its sign-in option.
Make sure you are on the login form rather than the registration or password-recovery screen. Returning users should use their existing account details.
Enter the UID or other account identifier requested by the form. Use the field label as your reference instead of assuming that a phone number, email address and username are interchangeable.
If you paste your details, check for accidental spaces. When your browser offers several saved accounts, confirm that you have selected the one you intend to access.
Enter your current password, paying attention to capitalization and keyboard layout. On mobile, check that the keyboard has not introduced an unintended space.
If autofill supplies an outdated password, replace the value manually. You do not need to delete every saved password to correct one entry.
An application PIN, account password and verification code may have different purposes. Enter each into the field that specifically requests it.
Select the login button once and wait for the response. If an additional verification screen appears, complete the instructions shown.
Check the delivery method, expiry information and resend timer before requesting another code. Use the code associated with the current request and keep the verification screen open unless instructed otherwise.
Enter verification codes into the login interface. Do not send them to another person to complete sign-in on your behalf.
After signing in, confirm that the account displayed is the one you intended to open.
If an error appears, read its wording before trying again. A missing field, incorrect password, expired verification request and account restriction each require a different response.
For direct access without the full walkthrough, use our Winbox Login Access page.
You can use the browser access provided for your account or a supported Android application. The preparation is similar, but browser problems and application-startup problems should be checked separately.
Open the Winbox login page in an updated browser, enter your account details and complete any verification displayed.
If you opened the link inside a messaging or social-media application and the form does not respond properly, open the same address in your normal browser. Built-in browsers can handle navigation and website sessions differently.
After entering your details, dismiss the keyboard if it covers the login button or an error message. Review the entire form before submitting it again.
Open the supported application and follow its login instructions. If it closes, freezes or fails before displaying the login screen, check the application version and compatibility information first.
An application that cannot start has not necessarily rejected your password. Identify whether the issue occurs before or after the sign-in form appears.
Before clearing application storage or reinstalling, make sure you know your account details and can complete any required verification. These actions may remove saved settings and local access information. Use the download and update instructions provided through our website.
For browser access, open the login page in Safari or another compatible, updated browser. Enter your existing account details and follow the on-screen instructions.
If the page was opened within another application, try it in your normal browser when navigation or verification does not complete. Dismiss the keyboard to check for messages or fields outside the visible area.
Where a supported iOS application is available, follow its device-specific installation and sign-in instructions. Android installation files cannot be installed as iPhone applications.
If one access method works and another does not, note which method you used and the exact point where the other attempt failed. This helps support distinguish a device issue from a credentials or account issue.
Open the login page in an updated browser on your computer. Enter your account identifier and password, then complete any verification requested.
When login works on your phone but fails on your computer, check saved credentials first. Your computer may be filling in an old password or selecting a different account.
If the credentials are correct but the interface behaves unexpectedly, compare the result in another updated browser. Change one thing at a time so you can tell whether the difference comes from saved data, settings or the browser itself.
Avoid leaving multiple login or recovery tabs open. An older tab may contain an expired form or a verification request that is no longer current.
Web login means accessing your account through a browser. H5 commonly describes a mobile-friendly web interface that adapts to a smaller screen.
For users, the main difference between browser and application access is the software used to open the account interface. You should follow the account requirements displayed by the access method you choose.

Moving between access methods does not mean you should register again. Use your existing account and follow any additional verification or session instructions shown.
Select Forgot UID/Password on the login screen to begin recovery. Follow the prompts for the information you need to retrieve or reset.
Have access to your registered contact details ready if the process requests verification. The information required depends on the recovery option displayed, so complete the fields shown rather than guessing which details are needed.
Enter the requested account information and follow the ownership-verification steps. If you are resetting your password, choose a new password that you do not use for unrelated accounts.
Once the change is confirmed, return to login and use the updated details. Replace the old password saved in your browser or password manager, including on other devices you still use.
If recovery fails, record the stage where it stops. A recovery page that will not open requires different assistance from a verification message that never arrives.
If you no longer have access to the registered contact method, contact our support team and explain what has changed.
The team can guide you through the applicable account-ownership checks. Submit any requested information through the designated support process, and keep passwords and verification codes out of ordinary messages.
If another device is still signed in, avoid ending that session unnecessarily before you understand the recovery steps. Make sure you are prepared to sign in again before clearing its stored data.
Some login attempts may require an additional check before access continues. Read the verification screen carefully to identify what is required and where any code will be delivered.
For SMS delivery, check that the registered number is active and can receive messages. For email delivery, check the relevant inbox and spam folder.
Follow the resend timer displayed. Requesting several codes in quick succession can make it difficult to identify which request you are completing.
If the contact method shown is no longer accessible, use the recovery or support process instead of continuing to request codes you cannot receive.
Check that you entered the code correctly and that it matches the current verification request. Review any expiry message or instruction to restart the process.
A previous code may no longer apply after a new request. Follow the current screen rather than repeatedly submitting the same rejected value.
If verification continues to fail, record the message and contact support without including the code itself.
Begin with the point where the process stops. This helps you avoid unnecessary actions, such as resetting a password when the page itself is not loading.

Open an unrelated website to check your connection. If it also fails, address the connection problem first.
If other websites work, refresh the login page once and reopen the browser if necessary. Comparing another browser or a different available connection can help identify whether the issue is limited to one setup.
Record any error message. A failure on one device does not, by itself, establish that the service is unavailable to everyone.
Check that all required fields are complete. On mobile, a validation message may be hidden above or below the visible portion of the form.
Notice whether the button stays inactive, shows a loading indicator or produces an error. This helps identify whether the form is waiting for input or whether the request has already been submitted.
Confirm the account identifier before checking the password. A correct password paired with the wrong account identifier will not complete login.
Enter the current password manually if you suspect an autofill problem. If you cannot confirm the credentials, use recovery rather than repeatedly guessing.
Close duplicate tabs and start again in one browser window. Check for messages about cookies or blocked website functionality.
If the problem appears related to stored site data, removing data for the affected website may help. This can sign you out and remove preferences, so make sure you have your credentials ready first.
Read the exact wording and follow any stated waiting period or verification instructions. Do not assume that all restrictions have the same duration.
Account-level restrictions cannot be removed by clearing browser data or reinstalling an application. Contact support when the notice requires assistance or does not explain how to continue.

Prepare your account credentials and access to your registered contact method before replacing a phone or moving to a new browser.
A new device may not contain the saved information or session used on your previous device. Complete any additional verification requested and check the result before repeating an attempt.
If the old device works but the new device does not, compare the account details, software version and connection. Keep the working session available while investigating, unless there is a security reason to end it.
On a shared device, avoid saving credentials and use the logout option when finished. Closing the page alone may not end the session.
Use a unique password and keep your recovery contact details accessible. Do not share passwords, login verification codes or recovery codes with another person.
If you receive a verification request you did not initiate, do not approve it automatically. Review the account through the normal login process and contact support if you notice unfamiliar activity.
For advice on password protection, suspicious requests and responding to exposed credentials, read our Account Security Guide.
If you cannot complete login or recovery, use our Contact Support page to reach the support team.
Explain the stage where the problem occurs, include the exact error message and provide the approximate time with your time zone. Mention your device, browser or application version, and the checks you have already completed.
For example, explaining that “the page opens, but returns to login after verification on my Android browser” is more useful than simply saying “login failed.”
Screenshots can help show what happened. Remove passwords, verification codes and unrelated personal information before sending them.
Open Winbox login, enter the account identifier and password requested by the form, and complete any verification displayed. Check the result before submitting another attempt.
Yes, browser-based access does not require a separate application. Open the web login page in a compatible browser and follow the sign-in instructions.
Both describe browser-based access in this guide. H5 commonly refers to the mobile-friendly interface. Follow the login requirements shown on your screen.
No. Use your existing account details and complete any verification requested on the new device.
It may be outdated or associated with a different account. Check the account identifier and enter your current password manually. Update the saved entry after confirming the correct details.
Select Forgot UID/Password on the login screen and follow the recovery prompts. Contact support if you cannot complete verification or access your registered contact method.
Only when the symptoms suggest a browser display or loading issue. Cache clearing will not correct a password or remove an account restriction. Deleting cookies or site data can also sign you out.
Check the current request, code expiry and delivery instructions. If the issue continues, contact support with the error message and the stage where verification stops.
Follow the notice shown on your account or contact our support team. Include the exact wording so the team can identify the appropriate next step.
Have your account details ready? Open the login screen and follow the steps above to sign in.
